As a consultant, I provide strategic services to early-stage technology ventures and established corporations, leveraging my knowledge of open innovation, IP, product, strategy, marketing, business development, and high-tech operations. I have successfully enabled multiple Tech / IP transactions, including tech transfers, licensing, and acquisitions, for clients across various tech domains and geographies. As a board member at Licensing Executives Society (U.S.A. and Canada), Inc., Silicon Valley Chapter (LES-SVC), I support the advancement of the profession and practice of licensing and IP management, fostering collaboration and education among diverse stakeholders. Based in Silicon Valley, I have a strong track record of intrapreneurship, launching "internal startups" within Fortune Global 50 leaders (e.g., Hewlett-Packard Company; Nike Digital; and more), and entrepreneurship, founding my management consultancy, and supporting deep tech startups with IP (e.g., Akhan Semiconductor, Inc.; Code On Technologies; Smoltek AB; Lex Machina, Inc.; and more).
