I have a track record for inventing new business models and creating an ambitious vision for these businesses, along with a culture that empowers my teams to make decentralized, high-speed, high-quality, data-driven decisions that drive relentlessly towards growth and success. I've launched and built four transformational businesses at Amazon: Fulfillment By Amazon, Product Ads (which pivoted to become the foundation of Sponsored Ads), Device Advertising Programs, and most recently, Amazon Live. Amazon Live is a new shopping experience on Amazon that leverages the interactivity and communication potential of live video to help customers discover and learn about new products in more personal ways. I love getting outside, belong to the Mountaineers, and take my family on a multi-day kayak camping adventure every summer.
