Summary
Leading organizations to success through pragmatic analysis, strategic planning, and execution is my specialty. I focus on deepening understanding, improving communications, and breaking down boundaries through listening to the individuals across an organization. I have applied a deep technology and software development background, a strong understanding of user experience, and critical communication skills to over 50 product rollouts. I significantly increase the chance of success of initiatives by helping business owners balance functional, budgetary, and timeline requirements. I have founded and built five ventures and have advised hundreds of founders and executives on their journey to bring their companies to life(or bring them back from the brink of death). I have built teams from zero to fifty people, through actively leading and participating in candidate recruiting and selection, having interviewed over a thousand candidates. I built and ran the nationally ranked accelerator Betaspring, which invested in and ran a twelve-week intense bootcamp for 90 startups from 2009 to 2014. My journey began as a graduate in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
