Summary

I seem to excel in a difficult area. When most people think of "candymaking," they think, chocolate. I specialize in making hard candies. It is a difficult process but one which provides infinite opportunities for creating new and exciting flavors. I think unconventially when it comes to candy flavors. I don't go for the traditional fruity, sour flavors, I like to look in new areas. Like I said, when people try my candies, they really do say "Oh my God, this is good!" Specialties: Producing delicious hard candies. The kind that make people say, "Oh my God, this is good!" when they pop it into their mouths!
