Established Humanita in 1989 developing a reputation for cost-effective careers and redundancy help to corporate and private clients, especially in NW England.Have helped many people to get a good career / job often in despair after months of fruitless searching. I worked with and for many companies, assisting restructure, taking care of leavers, helping them to redeploy into better, higher paid jobs. Promoted networking for many years both offline (F2F) and online to support job seekers and personal development. Appointed as a regional director to BRX, ecademy and Business Scene. Elected as a Councillor to Fylde Borough Council (FBC) and St Anne's on the Sea Town Council in 2011. Lancashire County Council in 2017. Armed Forces Member of FBC and Town Centre Leader at St Anne's TC. Town Mayor of St Anne's for 2014/15. As Northern Partner and Director introduced Business Referral Exchange in 2003 to the North of England; formed Leadsnet with Craig Finch in 2012 to create a unique networking fusion of offline with online; 25 years as a regular officer of the Royal Artillery and 5 years with the Reserve Army as CO of the Bolton Artillery. Now active in finding, profiling and delivering high quality ex-service people to companies that want to improve and grow with 50% of fees going to service charities. As Armed Forces Champion for Fylde, established charitable company, Veterans for Fylde , to ensure that full support is given to serving and former serving members of the Armed Forces and their dependants. Also appointed to the Veterans Administration and Pensions Committee NW to help with policy for Veterans.
