Summary

As a Digital Transformation specialist, I’m a builder at heart—of new capabilities, people, and knowledge. I’ve created new revenue streams from the ground up, driven disruptive innovations, and optimized high-impact capabilities to boost revenues and margins. I am fueled by a passion for simplifying complexity, bridging the gap between business- and techno-speak, developing others, and improving daily. Ever been to Panera? The technology enhancing your in-cafe and online experiences began with Catering in the early 2010s. I led the buildout of three versions of E-commerce—1. outsourced, 2. bringing it in-house, and 3. optimization—to elevate service for B2B clients and café teams. I created Sales Operations, investing in systems and data to align KPIs with incentive programs, doubling salesforce productivity. Success begot opportunities for greater impact—proprietary POS, Fulfillment/Delivery, Loyalty, Corporate Credit, and Call Center. This work was integral to Catering’s growth from $50M to $500M during my tenure. Later, at SPINS, I built a tech-enabled consulting business to help emerging CPG brands “punch above their weight” via Trade Promotion Optimization. Starting from scratch, I led a team focused on making analytics simple and fast for clients, building a $1.5M ARR business. I wore many hats—Client Acquisition, Success/Impact, and Product Development—and was known for going above and beyond for our clients. With a foundation in finance and analytics, I identify the most impactful levers and build high-performing teams to push them to the max. From Tech M&A to Pricing and Product Management to Digital and Operational Transformation, my career reflects my commitment to creating transformative change, whether as an individual contributor, team leader, or strategic innovator. Outside of Work: I find joy via adventures such as the Annapurna Circuit (2025) and summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro (2023), exploring new recipes, coaching youth soccer, and leading the Penn Club of Chicago. What’s Next: I look forward to new opportunities at the intersection of technology, business, and client experience—ideally in roles that expand into larger markets, teams, and global potential.
