Summary
I have over 25 years of experience designing, leading, and innovating in a range of industries tackling technical and operational challenges. I have set up and commissioned factories, led operational and technical groups, purchased capital machinery, and managed teams that have placed complex electromechanical products into scaled production around the world. Through my career progression, I have progressed from focusing on the product's conception and construction to the factory that creates it, the control systems to support it, and the global supply chain network to deliver it. My interests are in helping groundbreaking businesses with the best way to develop their product development and manufacturing strategies to help them unlock growth. In my next role, I aim to lead the delivery of high-quality solutions in a business addressing the more pressing problems of our time.
