Summary
I am a professor at a business school outside Oslo - at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. I joined academia in 2015 after 18 years as a management consultant. My main area is organization design, that is, how to develop and implement new (or adjusted) organizational models to improve business performance. I have started a firm with three colleagues - Reconfig - that offers software to support strategic organization design decisions. I continue to focus on this topic in my new role as business professor. But most of my spare time is consumed by family activities, helping take care of our five kids! Research and thought leadership related to organizational effectiveness and new organizational models.
