Summary
Noah has developed a reputation for excellence, leadership, and mentorship during his development career spanning over three decades. He has delivered solutions on everything from 8-bit computers to the latest computers, consoles, and embedded hardware. Noah has a long history of coding. His first credit on commercial software was for programming on an illustration package while still in high school. He worked on his first solo programming project in 1993. The next year saw him become a lead programmer in charge of a team of programmers writing a video game on 4 platforms. In 2002, he transitioned to freelance work. Since then he has created a strong record of rescuing projects. Noah has not only coded but also has a strong history of technical management. In 1994, he was promoted to technical director to provide technical oversight of all other products in the new sports game department. By 1997, he performed the duties of the remote CTO when he was unavailable. From 2005—2008, he was the interim CTO of a Beijing-based MMO developer. In that role, he guided the architecture and provided mentorship to the project leads in the areas of project scheduling, design, and management. In 2011, a one-month contract to help a hiring website start-up get in front of investors turned into a CTO position. During Noah's 3.5-decade career, he has assembled an expansive range of knowledge, experience, leadership, and mentorship. He's committed to delivering quality products efficiently and evolving the practice of software development.
