Summary

Peggy's expertise as an organization development consultant, facilitator, and trainer helps businesses, government & non-profit organizations to establish strategic Human Capital plans, align individual capacity and organizational goals, and determine learning and knowledge management needs for the organization. As a facilitator, she helps organizations and teams reach their goals in off-site retreats, strategic planning meetings, and team meetings. As a trainer, she designs and leads interpersonal skills, leadership, and innovation programs that lead to powerful change for individuals and organizations. Publications include: Maintaining Career Competitiveness in Uncertain Times (Today's Engineer July 2009); Career Development: Developing and Managing Talent (2004 Pfeiffer Annual); Helping Employees Manage Careers (Prentice-Hall); Building a Development Culture through Mentoring (Employment Relations Today, Summer 2006). Coaching in Business, a program to train managers to coach employees, was recognized by the Human Resource Executive as one of the top ten new training programs and is now used globally. Peggy has served as President of the Greater Atlanta Chapter of ASTD (twice) and on ASTD’s National Board of Directors. She is currently co-chair of the IEEE-USA Innovation Institute , and has served as chairman of IEEE-USA’s Employment & Career Services Committee. She also serves as an evaluator for ASTD’s National Excellence in Practice and BEST awards.
