Summary
I am a seasoned finance and accounting professional with twelve years of experience with a mid-size independent mortgage bank as the corporate controller, chief financial officer and member of the executive team. During the past few years, I transitioned the finance team from a small broker-shop accounting group to managing $3.5 billion in annual origination volume and three affiliated companies. I assisted in the initial design and implemented a loan-level accounting system to monitor profitability by loan originators, products and other granular metrics. My responsibilities include strategic planning, financial reporting, warehouse bank relationship management, treasury, loan servicing, payroll and commissions, information technology and the Company's deferred compensation plans. I serve on the advisory board of Loan Vision, the leading accounting system for independent mortgage bankers, and have been a panel member at the Loan Vision annual user conferences. I am an active member of the Finance & Accounting Committee with Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). In 2015, I earned a 401(k) plan fiduciary certification from the Plan Sponsor University.
