Summary
Peter is an editorial and commercial photographer whose images have been featured in publications such as National Geographic, The New York Times, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, IEEE Spectrum, The Washington Post, New York Magazine, Nature, and more. His portraits and reportage for brands and editorial clients has lead him to photograph a range of subjects including technology, science, politics and the American West. Prior to working as a photographer, Peter spent many years founding and running tech companies in New York and Silicon Valley — experience which makes him uniquely qualified to creatively address the communication needs of his clients and subjects. A lover of tech history, Peter began the Faces of Open Source portrait project as an on-going documentation of people who dedicate themselves to the development and advancement of open source technologies. To date he’s photographed over 100 notable and unsung heroes of the open source revolution.
