Summary
Most of my clients would call me a Business Operations expert and say that I always find creative ways of “getting things done” when nobody else can. I bring a deep understanding of financials, data and technology to the boardroom. I work with senior executives to simplify complex decisions by employing analytical rigor, deep empathy and a strong bias towards action. My success in implementation relies on a talent for cultivating trust and credibility with key stakeholders, navigating cross-functional organizations, and demonstrated team leadership capabilities. I like being hands on and am passionate about inspiring and managing teams and creating lasting growth. In my prior management consultant roles, I have advised clients in the functions of pricing, profit management, finance, sales, marketing, operations efficiency, technology adoption and operations across a wide range of industries. I not only provide the analysis and insight, but also help CEOs or BU leaders execute those initiatives. During my free time, in addition to enjoying and raising my three children, I believe in giving back to the community and continuously raise money to find a cure to erase cancer. Lately I have been involved in WEconnect Health (a startup that helps patients in long-term recovery from alcohol or drugs), I participate in Squash-Drive (a sports and tutoring program for inner-city kids) and help a non-profit RFDF (online scholarship and mentoring platform to enable students to help themselves). I have been a speaker at both the Stanford Graduate School of Business and UC Berkeley Haas, and am the creator and moderator of a Friendly Advisory Board (FAB) for Silicon Valley executives.
