Summary

Through my consultancy, think/feel/change, I help mission-driven teams in philanthropy, nonprofits, and creative fields increase their impact towards a just and thriving world. My work is rooted in three principles, drawn from what I've learned about social change: 1️⃣ We don’t change just because we’re told to. We change because we feel something. 2️⃣ If change isn’t shaped by and for the people closest to the problem, it won’t last. 3️⃣ We don't need to do it all. The most powerful work happens when we lead with what we do best — and make room for others to do the same. I love working with teams to turn insight into strategy, learning, communication, and action. Across issues from early childhood to air pollution, from urban health to corporate responsibility, I've: — 🗞️ Successfully pitched a story on co-operative business models to the Financial Times. — 🏙️ Translated early childhood development needs into actionable urban policy and design practice. — 🌱 Persuaded an early childhood foundation to make its first environmental investment in its 75-year history, in a pooled fund working on clean air for all. — 📘 Created a ‘dictionary’ to help a consumer goods company align environmental metrics and business priorities. — 🧭 Developed frameworks and tools to guide action on everything from sustainable cocoa procurement, to time-limited grantmaking, to equity in sustainable urban development. Before starting think/feel/change, I worked with organizations in different sectors and geographies, in roles from junior analyst to senior leader and board chair, learning from brilliant colleagues all along the way. Now, working independently lets me bring a fresh cross-organizational perspective, stay close to what I do best, and live in a way that works for my family. I feel really lucky to do this work. 🇹🇭 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 ⛰️ 🏙️ I’m Thai American with a dash of British. I grew up outside Washington, DC, now live in rural northern England (the beautiful Lake District) with my partner and child, and return regularly to Bangkok. It's given me a powerful respect for context and community, and a deeply felt awareness of the lottery of birth. Trustee of Futureproof Cumbria, volunteer with Anti Racist Cumbria, gatherer of books, slow but keen distance and trail runner, enjoyer of museums and YouTube karaoke.
