Oversee project teams comprised of internal and external resources. Fiscal Management: Identify appropriate opportunities and cost-effective investment of financial resources in systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development. Forecast project costs, obstacles, resource needs and change management and adoption challenges.
