Let me guide you in measuring, developing and applying your mental toughness to perform and live at a higher level. Above all, I am people-focused – high empathy to a fault. I’ve performed at senior level as CEO, driven growth, set up new businesses and co-founded one of Australasia’s most successful recruitment agencies. But people always mattered more to me than ticking boxes. Whilst CEO of the Company I co-founded, I was made redundant. It hurt… A lot, and for a long time. I knew I needed to develop more self-awareness, more grit, and regain my self-respect and confidence. As a natural optimist and enthusiastic learner, I put in the work - I read and researched widely. I found mental toughness, a peer-reviewed and scientifically validated mental framework. Now, I help others leverage this proven solution. I work with athletes, coaches, leaders and their teams utilise the MTQ resources to drive personal and organisational growth, improve teamwork and uplift productivity and wellbeing. I’ve built a community of experienced and licensed coaches, HR advisers, and mental toughness practitioners who utilise the highly evidenced MTQ Plus psychological framework to measure mindset on a global scale. Our MTQ Plus assessment answers companies’ most critical people questions: - How change-ready are different cohorts across your organisation? - How is your team coping with pressure and are they close to burn-out? - How can you make a meaningful transition towards enhanced wellbeing and performance? I act as an objective, independent third-party that uses this framework to measure staff wellbeing and resilience in a way that’s actionable and easy to understand. I also certify others, so they can pay it forward and do the same. Purpose-driven and interested in human behaviour, I channel my fascination and compassion for people into my role as a coach for leaders.
