Summary
Helping leaders in complex organizations unleash their unique potential constitutes my expertise. At the same time, I know how to boost the productivity of teams and organizations. To put it differently, I am passionate about helping leaders get the positive results they want: • better performance of the leader, the team or the organization • higher personal impact on the organization by developing an individual leadership style made up of strengths, personality, and values. • finding the next career opportunity (I am proud of my 100% success rate with career transitions) • developing and implementing a career vision and strategy. I want to emphasize that I know what I'm talking about: I have both personally experienced and researched leadership in complex organizations. A pragmatist to the core, I focus on the results rather than on the process. Moreover, for me, being a leadership expert is a full-time job, not a hobby. I thrive on the success of the people I accompany. From the outset, I have been fascinated by the topic of leadership. Several selective fellowships have first allowed me to do research on leaders and followers at elite institutions in Europe and the US. This culminated in a sociological study of leadership in Ancient Rome. Next, I had the opportunity to observe what works and what doesn't work in complex organizations as an HR Executive for 15 years. Finally, I have been working for more than 20 years as a leadership expert with senior leaders and high potentials in a wide range of sectors. I keep my expertise up to date by regular supervision, training and research. Executive Education at several business schools keep me abreast with current leadership thinking. After publishing books on Women Leadership (https://rb.gy/l5v6ac) and on International Dual Career Couples and co-producing a theatre play on women leaders, I have now published a leaderhip biography of Julius Caesar: https://shorturl.at/UOJTY
