Paul Witkay

Summary

Paul Witkay founded the Alliance of Chief Executives in 1996 to bring leaders together in high-level, "safe", confidential environments where they can discuss their most critical strategic challenges and opportunities in ways they can't do anywhere else. Today, the Alliance of Chief Executives includes leaders from companies of all sizes, public and private, operating in virtually every industry and market sector. The Alliance of CEOs has developed a unique culture and methodologies that provides powerful results for busy leaders. Prior to launching the Alliance, Paul had over twenty years of executive experience ranging from ownership of a highly successful executive search firm to senior executive positions for Air Liquide, a $7 billion international manufacturing organization. He also worked for Amoco Oil and Dow Chemical early in his career. Paul is a B.S. Chemical Engineer from the University of Illinois and received his MBA from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, California. In addition, he is a graduate of the INSEAD Executive Management program in Fontainebleau, France. Paul lives in Alamo with his wife, Cathy, and their three children, Michael, Courtney, and Kelsey.
