Summary
Since 1981, the professional goals of the Center for Corporate Culture have been expressed in our original Mission Statement: "to capture, reflect, and enhance what is already working in the client organization, so more of its people can get in on the productive process." However, over time, what has worked has taken on a direction, pointing to a new form of democratic Capitalism. We continue to use our expertise and contacts to foster the coming Support Economy, using the Personhood model. This unique approach is rooted in core groups and can extend to corporations, governmental units and especially non-profits. More recent work has centered on Organization Identity according to the Personhood concept. Emphasis is increasingly focussed on the pluralism essential to success in the village/world of today/tomorrow. Our more recent clients:Ethiopian Defense Forces, Statco, Nortel and Trans World Radio will attest to the effectiveness of our approach. Specialties: We have used the Empowering Process to build Learning Organizations in over 30 countries over the past 21 years.
