Summary
I am Professor and Vice-Dean (Research & Faculty) at Imperial Business School, and academic director of the Imperial Enterprise Lab. I also curate the Entrepreneurial Journey, our MBA entrepreneurial start-up project. In my research, I have recently written about academic entrepreneurship and the commercialization of science. I have also researched herding effects where people are influenced by others when evaluating other people or products. Moreover, I am interested in boundary organizations, for instance university-industry centres that operate at the boundary between science and business. Currently, I am working on several projects about science-based start-ups, corporate entrepreneurship, and employee entrepreneurship. See my Imperial personal pages for downloads. I am a founding editor-in-chief of the journal Innovation: Organization and Management. Specialties: Employee Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology Management, Science entrepreneurship, Technology Transfer, Knowledge Management, Management Research.
