Summary
I’ve developed and implemented game-changing strategies for SME’s for almost 40 years, having been CEO for half-a-dozen companies in multiple sectors and at differing points of the supply chain. By identifying ‘Patch of Blue-Sky’ strategies, I’ve demonstrated consistently that I'm able to help the owners of any business increase the valuation of their business by between 5 and 10 fold in three years at low levels of risk . This innovative, focused approach has made me one of the leading exponents of SME business valuation transformation in the UK. Since 2018, I’ve decided to deploy my skills towards solving the biggest problem for long standing SME founders who wish to exit their business and retire : the knowledge that they've subjected their business to the 'Law of Diminishing Specialisation', the result of which is that their business is currently valued at only 5 times salary..... and they cannot retire....
