Multi discipline generalist with emphasis on solving operational problems. The clues of the the problem are in the numbers. I am involved in finding the root causes, solving the problem, and development of the correct process. Example of the ideal client: small to mid-sized firm that knows they want to improve cash/profits/product proitability. They are not in distress. Example of accomplishments: Create business and quality structures, performance measures, quality tools, and training that allowed New Mexico business to become the first and only Q1 Ford vendor in the state. Also developed inventory control, compensation, finacial, and personnel policies and procedures to support the operation. Specialties: Blend of many disciplines-management, finance, sales, operations, quality control, and computer systems. Problem identification and solutions through facilitation of team efforts and creation of clear and easy-to-understand metrics.
