Summary
Peter Bryant brings a unique and passionate perspective to one of the great challenges faced by companies and humanity, the just energy transition now become age of energy expansion, and the important interlocking challenges presented by the materials supply chain and the innovation needed to create the pathways to meet the 2035/2050 goals being set by companies and governments alike. Peter Bryant is a recognized thought leader on the age of energy expansion, materials and mining, innovation and ESG. He is widely published on these themes and sits on the Board of Advisors for leading VC and. PE Funds, including Foundamental and Orya Global, that have a focus on multiple heavy industries including mining, power and O&G, and various emerging tech companies including Lilac Solutions and Symboticware. In addition he has served on the Innovation Councils for multiple companies. He is an active speaker globally and is often published and quoted in the media. Peter has advised many leading companies including JCI, OshKosh, BP, Giant Eagle, Baker Hughes, Castrol, Edison, Rio Tinto, BHP, Goldcorp, Teck Resources and Anglo American. Peter is Co-Founder and Board Chair of the Development Partner Institute, a nonprofit focused on improved social, economic and environmental outcomes for all stakeholders especially communities from resource development projects. Mr. Bryant holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. He holds a CA from the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
