Peter Spencer

Summary

Peter H. Spencer is the Service Manager of Leicestershire Mediation Service, and the Senior Staff member responsible for Workplace Mediation & Conflict Management. Prior to joining LMS Peter gained over 30 years work experience. He has held posts in the public sector and NGO's, specialising in leisure services and economic regeneration, and has also worked in the private sector in training and consultancy. He has held managerial positions in local authorities, voluntary organisations, and FE institutions. Peter graduated with a first in Psychology from the Open University and undertook postgraduate work at the Centre for the Study of Human Relations at Nottingham University.
