Summary
Throughout my career, I've consistently transformed uncertainty into opportunity, driving significant financial and operational breakthroughs across diverse business landscapes. My expertise lies in navigating complex market dynamics, leveraging technological innovation, and delivering measurable growth - even when economic headwinds challenge traditional strategies. With a proven track record of scaling businesses and optimizing revenue streams, I specialize in: ☑️ Strategic Business Development ☑️ AI-Driven Organizational Transformation ☑️ Financial Performance Optimization I have consistently delivered: ☑️ Double-digit revenue growth ☑️ Operational efficiency improvements ☑️ Strategic pivots during market disruptions As technology reshapes business paradigms, I bridge strategic vision with executable results. My approach integrates deep technological understanding - particularly in AI and SaaS - with rigorous financial discipline. I don't just adapt to change; I architect it. I joined PayPal in 2001 as one of the first one hundred employees at the Embarcadero Road office – making me a member of the PayPal Mafia. I immediately went to work on a product designed to preserve our presence on the eBay platform by endearing us to eBay’s coveted Power Sellers. I closed the first ever, online shipping aggregation deal with UPS, providing the foundation for PayPal’s Shipping Center and locking eBay out of a UPS deal. I designed and executed the go-to-market strategy for PayPal's Large Merchant Services (LMS) business. I built the channel sales team and closed the first deals integrating PayPal into payment gateways. I closed the marquee deals including Apple iTunes - the first billion-dollar retailer to integrate PayPal as a payment mark and propel PayPal to become the ubiquitous payment processor it is today. I earned an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and a BA from Tufts University.
