With 30 years of experience in building businesses, products and high performing teams in SaaS, mobile and service industries. I am all about scaling B2B sales, delivering high growth, change management, coaching individuals and sales teams for high performance, and creating meaningful partnerships. I do this with a leadership style based on trust, inclusion and collaboration. As a Director of Enterprise Sales at LinkedIn, I partnered with large enterprise customers in EMEA and Latam to help them develop skills and build strong employee engagement. I led various LinkedIn teams for Learning & Engagement corporate, academic and public sector sales and grew LinkedIn Learning to a leadership position. One example being Germany, where my team grew the business 10 times in three years. I am a lifelong learner driven by curiosity, positive impact, and disruptive solutions and technologies. I have also spent time giving back to the community by advising, and supporting entrepreneurs and startups in various fields.
