Summary

Real change starts from within. That’s why I founded INUSUAL® in 1997, a Leadership Club focused on Executive Reeducation — to transform leadership from the inside out. I work with senior leaders and organizations that want true evolution, not just better results. I help them lead purposefully, build more human-centered cultures, and make decisions that elevate people and business. I serve as an Advisory Board Member in leadership and organizational development, an ICF-certified executive Coach, and an Ambassador for the Inner Development Goals (IDG). For over 25 years, I’ve helped leaders and companies become more conscious, creative, and sustainable versions of themselves. I don’t believe in traditional training. I believe in real learning through community, experience, and transformation that sticks. If you also believe we don’t lead to performing more but to living better, then we already have something meaningful in common.
