Grew out of proverbial garage to become one of the fastest growing private companies in America (Forbes List 2013, Inc 500 List in 2013, 2014 & 2015, Deloitte Fast500 list in 2013, 2014 and 2015). Portland Business Journal Tech CEO of the Year in 2015. Earlier, co-founder and CTO of Responsys, one of the first cloud-based marketing technology companies. Went public (NASDAQ: MKTG) and was subsequently acquired by Oracle for $1.5 Billion. Early employee at EDA pioneer Mentor Graphics Joined in 1983, when it had no revenues and a few dozen (amazing) employees. Left after it became a behemoth, a public company with $400M in revenue and 2,500+ employees.
