Summary
Helping others be creative on computers and connecting those computers over distances, while making those distances seem smaller, has been my career passion. I am a certified Macintosh technician with over 10 years of direct customer support of Apple products. However, I have over 20 years' experience with helping people and companies become more productive and effective by developing network solutions that fits an organization's needs. I have always been interested in technology. I originally studied film at USC because I found that the coolest tech was in the film industry. Star Wars came out when I was young, which lured me into studying at USC--George Lucas's alma mater. I have worked with both large companies and micro-firms. As a result, I am able to adapt quickly in order to provide the level of service that you need; from designing larger systems to one-on-one user coaching.
