Summary
My role as Teaching Faculty allows me to impart wisdom in Managing Businesses, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Design Thinking, and New Product Management. My pedagogical approach is anchored in real-world experiences, enabling students to navigate the complexities of startup culture and rapid innovation with confidence. As a Business Mentor at various accelerators over the years, I've guided dozens of founders through the critical stages of startup development. My expertise in product ideation and entrepreneurial education is underpinned by professional certifications in Business, Product Management and Agile methodologies plus 30 years of applying these skills. Through a combination of storytelling and industry best practices, I foster an environment where the next generation of entrepreneurs can flourish. This synergy of teaching and mentoring encapsulates my mission to cultivate innovative thinkers and leaders. I'm also continuing my "Corporate Midwife" consulting practice by providing one-on-one coaching/mentoring for product leaders - i.e. CPOs, VPs, Directors of Product, and other PM leaders, to help birth their endeavors. I also provide organizational assessments: what's working (and not working) in product/maker teams. For those looking to hire a product leader, I help CEOs / Execs identify what they need in a CPO / VP, and can assist with the candidate process if needed.
