Summary
I’m the founder of INDUSTRY 5 (i5), a system purpose-built to orchestrate decisions and actions across enterprise supply chains using intelligent, agentic systems: autonomous agents that simulate, negotiate, and act. Prior to i5, I led the creation of Infor Nexus Control Center, a global visibility platform used by some of the world’s most complex supply chains. At SAP, I designed and launched the company’s first in-context analytics. Earlier at i2 Technologies, I helped define the B2B commerce revolution with i2 TradeMatrix, one of the most ambitious and successful enterprise platforms of its era. And many more. I also founded the first enterprise UX design studio in 1999 to bring human-centered design into real operational systems. But thats ancient history - no one knows about that. (pre web 2.0) Those experiences taught me HOW value gets created, and WHERE it gets stuck. Legacy systems weren’t built for cross-functional orchestration and real-time decisions based on your policies and objectives. INDUSTRY 5 is. Today, I’m focused on advancing i5’s agentic system in real-world environments—where better coordination drives faster action, clearer trade-offs, and explainable outcomes that scale. i5's valuation today reflects early proof and validation, not late-stage premiums.
