Summary
With a background in financial investments/PE, entrepreneurship and nonprofit management, I contribute to a variety of community empowerment projects. I tend to ask questions and challenge assumptions. I'm a generalist who knows a little about a lot of things, so I view things from multiple perspectives and love brainstorming scenarios. I'm a curious learner who leans toward taking actions and experimenting. I'm also a certified Mental Health First Aid trainer and care deeply about holistic health and wellness of our community. At my best, I ignite and empower people to achieve incredibly audacious goals, having fun in the process. My greatest weakness tends to be "cutting the chicken" (as my husband puts it)...doing all the work myself. I'm learning to let go in layers and play more. While not working on a multitude of projects, I enjoy reading, feeding people, and having dance parties with my three daughters.
