AI Strategy: I currently advise CEOs, CTOs, and Boards on AI product strategy. My firm deploys top-tier product managers & engineers to develop prototypes, improve data teams, and design AI strategy for public and private mid-market companies. Our clients include leaders in the customer service, telecom software, recruiting, and venture industries. Product Leader: I founded and led Google Orion, one of the most successful businesses to emerge from Google’s Area 120 startup incubator. I led the product from ideation, through multiple development cycles, to deployment with America's largest cellular carriers. I also led our strategic push to upgrade industry standards around our technology, partnering with companies like AT&T, Cisco, and Intel to implement our technology as part of new standards at the Wireless Broadband Alliance. Our novel real-time marketplace technology uses machine learning to optimize cellphone service. Orion serves over 100 million consumers and is integrated into Android. GTM Leader: I helped grow Google's DoubleClick buyside ad-tech business from $2 billion to $8 billion in revenue, with focus on our DSP and advertiser tools. I developed a new sales strategy for DoubleClick -- the DoubleClick ecosystem and channel partnerships program -- and grew it to a 30-person global team with over $1.3 billion in revenue (driving more than 20% of our overall buyside business). I also led multiple enterprise sales teams to over $300 million in revenue and 100%+ annual growth rates, selling our ad-tech stack to advertisers in Consumer Finance, Insurance, Telecom, Consumer Electronics, and Retail.
