Summary

Since 2010, I have been privileged to serve as a board member, and since 2022, as the Executive Director of The Cambodia Academy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing education and hope to children in rural Cambodia. As a seasoned professional with over 25 years of expertise in business development, marketing, sales management, and operations, I was fortunate to build a fulfilling career in technology and fintech. My journey equipped me with the skills and understanding to create and implement domestic and international growth strategies, manage diverse teams, and drive continuous improvement in revenue and customer satisfaction. As it happens, these skills are highly applicable to managing a nonprofit organization. The Cambodia Academy stands as a beacon of hope and opportunity for thousands of children who would otherwise have no chance at an education. It provides not only education but also the promise and hope for a better future. Many of our students have gone on to careers in nursing, IT, business, architecture, design, banking, and education, breaking the cycle of poverty and creating new possibilities for themselves and their communities. Passionate about both technology and education, I bring a unique perspective to my role at The Cambodia Academy, leveraging my business and nonprofit experience to drive impactful change and to support our mission of educational equality. Together with a dedicated team and the support of generous donors worldwide, we are committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of the children and communities we serve in rural Cambodia.
