Consultant, speaker, policy expert, expert witness, and network architect working in the field of Mobile Internet development, the traditional Internet, network protocols, and network-related public policy. Keynote speaker at the 21st Ukraine IPR Summit in Yalta (2013,) Caribbean Telecom Union's 9th Strategic Summit in Barbados (Dec. 2011,) the Australian Telecom Users' Group convention in Sydney (April 2011) and the FutureNet conference (2010) in Boston.
