I love developing software companies and have worked as a mentor for various international blue chips where I specialize in establishing a clear vision and a proper backlog as the base for future development. I love to challenge entire industries and at the moment my focus is to create a SaaS category leader using machine learning to automate traditional processes hoping to change the game. My company is one of the fastest growing tech companies in the Nordics. I am a builder and create fantastic software companies and platforms together with my teams. Earlier I had my my own ISV in Bangalore, India (135+ headcount) which where sold to the Kongsberg Group in 2012 and are now counting more than 350 developers. I have created and sold several tech companies and mentored some of the largest software projects in the Nordics. My customers includes big international players like Baker Hughes, BP and Kongsberg. My customers and investors typically show a very ambitious approach to innovation and software development. Work is a passion and a lifestyle for me. I would never just work.
