Summary

I'm an Application Production Support Manager with a passion for the production side of the house and the hour to hour satisfaction of seeing a good plan come together and run smoothly. Standing at the gate between development and production is a demanding job but one I find rewarding — accurate implementation of great programming, processes and procedures is my forte. I came up the ranks as a developer and then had the honor of being employee #1 in what became a new business unit at Fiserv, to deliver a flagship online banking service. Rapid growth meant I needed to build a support team. I found my passion in this job, leading and mentoring a team to resolve issues and delight customers. I spent 10 years at Kaiser Permanente managing teams to support and enhance mission-critical applications. Running my own Internet Service business gives me the opportunity for hands-on creativity with technology that I love. My best fit would be leading a team where excellence is measured by exceeding expectation measures like great uptime and quick delivery of enhancements and support requests.
