Skills
Summary
Over 20 years of international experience leading strategic programs and cross-functional teams, building innovative and proven people-centric products. Extended residence in the USA and Slovenia. Concurrently heading Product Development at SDM and one of strategic technology projects for SDM group. Prior to this, I was instrumental in building and launching new travel and hospitality application suite at Comtrade Group. Subsequently, at Comtrade Gaming, I defined and executed UX strategy, led complete UX revamp of enterprise gaming platform, built dedicated UX development team and managed delivery of client projects. Before returning to Slovenia, I spent 18 years in the USA. I began my career as a Business Analyst at Watson Wyatt, a global consulting firm transforming customer needs into successful pension and employee benefits system implementations. At Monster.com, a global leader in providing job seeking, recruitment, career and talent management services in 40+ countries, I was responsible for defining new product features and participated in pioneering novel solutions (SEO, resume parsing, semantic search, mobile, responsive web design, analytics). I made major contributions to some of the company’s key strategic initiatives, e.g. re-inventing Monster.com brand (Winner of 2009 Webby Award), acquiring search and AI technology company, entering into China market, and managing product integration into acquired newspaper company in Australia. I trained and mentored new business systems analysts and moved on to building and managing the Seeker BA team. Subsequently, I led global program with Seeker and Employer BA teams located in the USA, Europe and Asia. Throughout my career, I worked closely with cross-functional and regional teams on implementing core business process improvements.
