From a leadership perspective, I excel in managing on- and offshore teams in conceiving, developing, and marketing new offerings as well as forging successful business partnerships and landing multimillion-dollar accounts with key strategic, industry-leading clients. Examples of my work include: ✓Led initial $1M finance round; pursuing $4M to $6M in series A round of funding. ✓Secured pilot consumer and clinical customers as well as key neurology practice partnerships for pilot efforts; led to a 30 patient trial, subscription-based customers, and partnership with the Epilepsy Foundation of Texas. ✓Developed a new business unit at Texas Instruments that produced $500M in sales while landing key strategic contracts with clients such as Samsung, MOT, RIM, Lenovo, Japan SP, Amazon, Kobo, and Barnes & Noble. ✓Grew Cisco low-cost IP phone business by developing an Asian supplier partnership between factory in China, Cisco sites in the US, and design company in Taiwan that has produced more than $500M revenue to date. ✓Worked on export control and radar systems for defense sector clients as well as contracts for the US Department of Transportation, National Highway Safety Administration, and National Transport & Traffic Authority.
