Summary
At the University of Connecticut and University of Saint Joseph, my role as an adjunct faculty member blends my certified expertise in project management, business analysis, and computing with a commitment to educational excellence. With a focus on educational psychology and special education, my approach is driven by research-based strategies and effective communication, aimed at fostering neurodiversity understanding and advocacy. My role as a researcher enables me to contribute to the field that means so much to me. As a LifeMap Coach, I empower adults on the autism spectrum by leveraging over six years of hands-on experience in mentorship and coaching for this population. I guide my clients in navigating everyday life challenges, college experiences, job search strategies, and creating opportunities for success, all while providing a nurturing an environment where my clients’ voices are heard and valued. This approach alone can lead to client satisfaction and achievement in record time!
