Summary
Started Kaizenvest (as Kaizen PE) in 2009. Since then provide strategic planning and oversight to the firm's overall investment activities, fund raising and portfolio management. Built Kaizenvest into Asia's leading education focused investment company with two private equity funds and one in-progress private debt fund. At Kaizenvest, some of the companies that I have worked closely with include Founding Years, INSOFE, Yola, Impartus, Varthana and Phinma. Prior to Kaizenvest, my experience spans consulting, operations, leadership and investment management. During these years I was a part of the venture capital industry being involved in a variety of successful transactions and start-ups including Bridgestream, Lassologic, Reconnex, GraniteEdge Networks, Clairmail, Xactly Corporation and others. I have a MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware & an MBA from the Graduate School of Business of Stanford University.
