I am a digital technology executive and investment banking rep (FINRA 79 registration) in the Construct Tech, Proptech, Water, and Smart Buildings & Infrastructure sectors. I provide market development & strategic business development consulting, along with M&A strategy & execution. Recent M&A clients include sell side deals for AI construction safety, digital twin consulting, BIM QA platform, worker onboarding, and transportation tech start ups. For Lucid Design Group (Smart Building Mgt system): built market from zero to $5M in pipeline in 1 year. For URS: developed & launched chemical risk mgt practice Enterprise Consulting Sales: For URS, closed over $30M in consulting revenues over a 9 yr. period. For Autodesk: closed 2 $MM EULAs with global E&Cs. Technology Partnerships: For Wipro, built global E&C tech partnerships, including a cloud – based E&C joint solution with Oracle. For Lucid Design: built partnership and GTM strategy with JCI, Siemens, JLL, Honeywell, and Lutron for Smart Building & Asset market segments. Client & Practice Management: Led practices with up to 50 staff in project controls, environmental, water, and risk management; had own consulting firm for 10 yrs., providing executive - level market strategy & team building services to smart building tech startups, enterprise software, and electric utility clients.
