Scott has been a board member of several companies including Telebit, DIgiCash, ValiCert, Com21, nCircle, CyberSource, and Payoneer. He has also been an angel investor in many companies and an advisor to venture capital and private equity investors. Scott has served as an expert witness in payments systems, credit/debit/prepaid cards, and banking networks with testifying experience. He is co-inventor of US Patent 6,332,126 and US Patent 7,840,459.
