Summary
Reflect and Develop sums up my work in supporting people to engage in reflective professional practice (sometimes known as supervision). Many years’ experience in education governance, health and social care, and small business ownership underpin my passion for supporting people to develop and remain resilient to the pressures of modern working life. I hold a Post-Graduate Certificate in Supervision, and offer a private meeting space at my home office near Exeter. Traditional music from Eastern Europe is my real joy; I play and teach violin within schools as well as private teaching with adults and children. My band, Zelkova, plays for parties, weddings, fundraising, and just for fun. I am an experienced trainer, assessor and verifier with a wide range of expertise in management, learning and development, and health care.
