Summary
Understanding another doesn't have to be acceptance but we should accept to understand another. It's about leadership through example. There's never been a job I would ask my employees to do which I had not been willing to or have not already performed. If there is a piece of job knowledge to be gained, it is pursued, attained and passed on to employees to ensure they have the same opportunity to acquire new skills and knowledge. Over the years, I've developed strong executive, entrepreneurial, fiscal, analytical, computational, developmental, managerial and hands on operational skills. Whether it's a wholesale or retail business, a larger non-profit, or cash flow real estate all knowledge and skill gained is applied.
