Shehan has successfully won over one hundred multi-million dollar deals - in direct selling of complex project work. In recent years, Shehan has provided advisory services on sales strategy to many publicly-listed and privately-held organisations - including the wealth management arms of Australia's largest banks, advising large consulting firms and many technology companies. He has also led many large scale sales transformation programs. Shehan has published a book on business strategy and many research papers and articles (see Publications tab below). He also speaks regularly at industry forums and conferences on topics such as Business Growth Planning, Business Strategy, Value Creation, Centres of Influence, Demand Generation and Digital Disruption.
