My fervor lies in the realm of customer experience development and training. As the Chairman of the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association for over six years, I have been at the forefront of establishing industry standards and promoting excellence within our field. At the age of 43, I took a bold step into entrepreneurship, driven by a mission to empower individuals and organizations to not just succeed, but to thrive. Through transformative advisory services, I have catalyzed growth across various sectors, working with clients that include The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Buildking, NeoDerm, Bristol Myers Squibb, Mead Johnson, and the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, among others. My influence extends into the academic arena as well. For over 15 years, I have imparted knowledge to MBA students at Shanghai University, focusing on change management, customer relationship dynamics, and the nuances of leadership development. As the advisory board chairman for the University of South Australia and a board member of the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education, I am committed to shaping the next generation of leaders.
