Simon Anderson is the CEO of Mission, a CDW company: a leading US-based Cloud and AI Services and Software company - and Premier Partner of AWS. Simon founded Mission Cloud in 2017 after 15 years as an executive and entrepreneur in the web hosting and infrastructure software industries. He was named Entrepreneur of the Year by EY for Greater LA in 2022 after scaling Mission in 5 years to over $50M of revenue and a diverse and inclusive team of over 300. Goldman Sachs recognized Simon as one of the Most Exceptional Entrepreneurs of 2022 at its Builders and Innovators Summit. Before Mission, he was CEO of DreamHost, and a co-founder of software-defined storage company Inktank, which Red Hat acquired for $175M in 2014. Anderson started his venture capital and law career in Australia and holds degrees in Science and Law from the Australian National University. Under Anderson’s leadership, Mission Cloud has been awarded numerous best places to work awards.
