Summary
Simon is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and mentor with over 25 years of experience in launching and scaling businesses across multiple sectors and geographies. He has a proven track record of creating value and impact through entrepreneurship, fundraising, M&A, investment, commercial and strategic business development. He has co-founded and led successful companies in the tech, sports, advertising, publishing, and fashion industries in Spain, the UK, and the US, also having pioneered the "Business Builder" model in 2010-18 with The Sandpit in London. SImon helped shape the next phase of operations for Procter & Gamble Ventures as interim COO in 2019-20 before co-foundeding DSM, a decentralised file storage business that was acquired by DLTx in 2022. He is now very focused on technologies related to distributed data centers and edge computing for more efficient and cost effective compute and storage solutions. He is passionate about supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators as a mentor at Venture Lane, a startup hub in Boston. Through his investment company All In Ventures, Simon is currently launching a fund focused on providing an "Advance on Liquidity" to fast growth Founders.
