From my experience managing global operations at Google and TaskRabbit, I know what it takes to execute at scale, and I’m not afraid to take calculated risks. However, I also know that things don’t always go the way we expect them to, and you’ve got to have a plan if things don’t work out. But most importantly, you’ve got to have the courage to stick to the plan when things get tough and trust your team to follow through. I know if I continue to do good work and follow my heart in a way that allows me to accomplish more, it will pay off.
